How much does it cost to pressure clean a house? We get that question several times a week by phone or email. Or, how much does it cost to clean a roof, a drive or anything for that matter? Some of my responses usually are or may be: 1. How many square feet is the home? 2. Are we prepping it for paint or just a basic exterior cleaning? 3. Is there a cob-web problem or just mold and mildew? 4. Is it one or two stories? 5. Do you have any balconies? 6. Is the home stucco, siding or brick? As you can see there are many factors that go into pricing. The same applies for roofs (tile or shingle, size of roof, pitch, etc.) Driveways too, does your driveway have just mold and mildew, or rust and oil? How dirty is it? Also some surfaces may need specific cleaning chemicals or methods such as hot water or specialized equipment. These factors all affect price. This is why a flat price per square foot doesn’t apply to every job. If you are cleaning two identical homes the price may vary due to these factors. This is why we prefer to physically see your property in order to give you an accurate quote. If you prefer a ballpark price over the phone or via email…that’s ok just give us as many details as you can as outlined above. Also, if you are just price shopping keep a couple of things in mind. You may find a slightly lower price, but we have been in business since 1991 and our finished work product will last much longer and look much better than the guy cleaning for the lowest price.
