I just want to share a recent story about the commercial property pictured above we recently pressure washed.  The management company had another Orlando pressure washing contractor clean the building and concrete about 3 weeks prior to contacting us.  I assume they used an inexperienced contractor offering low prices or someone who just didn’t care about quality work.  When the first company was finished with the “cleaning”, to no one’s satisfaction there was still mildew and gum on the concrete and just an overall poorly done job.  They were not happy with the finished product.  The management company contacted us to do what should have been done the first time.  I believe the first contractor was ill-equipped and under experienced for the job.  We redid the job the previous cleaning contractor failed to complete.  It took a hot water pressure washer machine, the proper detergents, a lot of experience and someone who cares about the finished work product to get the job done.  Now the store manager as well as the management company are happy and we have another happy customer 😃.  This isn’t the first time this has happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last.  We have many years of experience pressure cleaning all types of commercial properties large and small as well as thousands of satisfied repeat residential customers.  Give us a try – “You won’t be disappointed”.
